Shipping & Returns

HAM RADIO SYSTEMS ships products Australia wide. The fees for handling, postage, shipping and insurance will be quoted on an individual basis.

All items purchased from HAM RADIO SYSTEMS are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the Purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

In relation to service, repairs or returns, the shipping costs to and from HAM RADIO SYSTEMS are to be paid by the Purchaser. Again, the risk of loss and title for items being shipped to and from HAM RADIO SYSTEMS for service or repair is the responsibility of the Purchaser.

No returns are accepted without prior written consent. Products must be returned to HAM RADIO SYSTEMS in their original packaging and in a merchantable condition within 7 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
